CHOA Strata Educational Seminars in BC - Fall 2013
The Condominium Home Owners Association of BC (CHOA) has organized and scheduled three strata educational seminars for Strata Owners around BC for Fall 2013. All sessions include information on updates to the Strata Property Act.
The topics:
- Creating Notice Packages
- Chairing, Meetings, Minutes & Record Keeping
- How to understand and administer your depreciation report once it is received by your strata corporation
These seminars are rotating in different cities and areas in BC to make it easier for all strata owners to have a chance to attend and benefit from this valuable education.
