Disclosure under the Strata Property Act - Workshop Organized by PAMA

"The strata corporation is required to prepare and keep certain records under the Strata Property Act. In addition, strata
corporations collect information, including personal information, as well as other documents in the course of managing a
strata corporation.
The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by the Personal Information Protection Act. Strata owners
are entitled to inspect and request copies of certain strata records. In making inspection available and providing disclosure, the strata
council and managing agent must be mindful of all the relevant legislation to ensure compliance with the Strata Property Act
and not contravene the Personal Information Protection Act.
In this workshop, a number of scenarios where owners request documents and the issues that arise in disclosing
those documents will be addressed."
