Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) - Vancouver Chapter is a chapter of a national non-profit association (CCI) and provides strata education for strata council members through different seminars, events and programs. As part of its educational programs, CCI Vancouver launched the "Strata of the Year Contest" in Spring 2016 to provide an opportunity for well managed strata corporations and their strata councils in BC be recognized and rewarded for their achievements. CCI Vancouver launched this contest as an educational tool to encourage everyone in the community to take part and nominate the strata corporations that they think deserve to be recognized and encouraged for their best efforts in different areas.

This contest is open to all self-managed and professionally-managed strata corporations in British Columbia, no matter how small or large they are. The only requirement is that the nominated strata corporations need to be members of CCI Vancouver. 

Tomorrow, Saturday 24, 2016 is the day that the winner of CCI Vancouver Strata of the Year Award will be announced at CCI Vancouver AGM right after the educational strata seminar in the morning.
